Our Policy
Dear Writer,
To maintain a smooth workflow and avoid confusion, we've outlined the key principles that shape our collaboration. These rules are designed to create a transparent and fair working environment for everyone. Once you're approved and logged into your writer's account, you'll gain access to our full Writer's Guide, which goes into further detail.
Paper Format and Structure
To meet our professional writing standards, each paper must follow these formatting rules unless the client requests something different:
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12
- Spacing: Double-spaced (or single, based on order details)
- Length: At least 300 words per double-spaced page, 600 per single-spaced
- Title Page: Required
- Outline: Include if the client requests one
- Alignment: Left-aligned text only (no justified formatting)
- Margins: 1 inch margins on all sides (2.54 cm)
- References: References, bibliography or works cited provided on a page
- File Format: Submit files in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Citation Style: Follow the style (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, etc.) specified by the client
- File Naming: Use the order number and topic for file names (e.g., 102439_Economic_Trends.doc)
Writing Standards
We expect all writers to deliver well-written, original content. Below are the main requirements for your submissions:
- Follow Instructions: Make sure your paper fully addresses the client's needs and expectations.
- Meet Deadlines: Always deliver your work on time. Extending a deadline can only be requested in exceptional circumstances, and even then, it’s not always feasible. It’s important to manage your time effectively and plan ahead to ensure you meet your deadlines.
- Use Academic Style: Papers must follow academic tone and structure guidelines.
- Avoid Plagiarism: Plagiarism can seriously jeopardize a client’s academic standing and could lead to no payment for you, along with significant consequences for us. There are various tools available to detect plagiarism, such as specialized software, making it easy to identify copied content. To avoid any risks, always ensure you properly cite the sources you reference in your work.
- Respect Citation Rules: Use the correct formatting style provided in the order instructions.
Working with Orders
Writers can log in and view available assignments through their dashboard. If you’ve been selected as a preferred writer by a client, you’ll receive email notifications for relevant orders.
Submit all finished work directly through the system. If there's ever a technical issue, you can send the file to our Support Team for manual upload.
Payment Information
Each order includes a clear payout amount listed in the assignment details. Editors may review your submission to confirm it meets our standards. If the quality is poor, your payment may be reduced.
Your earnings will be transferred to you monthly. We calculate payments for work completed from the 1st through the end of the previous month. Payouts are typically processed within 7 days after calculations, around the 15th–18th.
Revisions, Refunds & Chargebacks
Sometimes, customers may request revisions. This usually happens when the paper doesn’t meet expectations or fails to follow instructions. You’re expected to revise the paper free of charge if requested. This includes correcting mistakes, addressing missing elements, or rewriting in case of plagiarism.
If the work is seriously flawed or copied, the client may receive a refund. In this case, you won’t be paid for that order and your writer status could be affected.
Submitting Late Orders
Submitting late work causes issues for clients and damages our reputation. Please plan your time well. Consider that:
- A 30% penalty is applied to late orders.
- If you're unable to meet the deadline, notify us at least 2 hours in advance and provide the new expected delivery time.
Demonstrate your expertise and professionalism by mastering the art of time management in your writing.
How Payments Are Calculated
The pay per order depends on several factors:
- Number of pages
- Deadline urgency
- Academic level and complexity
- Your writer’s level and rating (the rating is based on two factors: (i) external evaluation conducted by the customers, and (ii) internal assessment according to standardized criteria set within the system)
- Any applicable penalties (e.g. for late delivery, plagiarism, or poor quality)
The price per page can also be influenced by other factors, particularly when variable elements specified by the client come into play. For instance, the cost of a one-page math paper may differ from that of a one-page literature paper.
Performance and Bonuses
We value our writers’ commitment and consistent performance. That’s why we offer extra bonuses and account upgrades based on writers’ results.
Your initial writer’s level is based on your entry test. Over time, it can go up or down depending on the quality of your work, customer feedback, and internal reviews.
Positive reviews and high-quality writing unlock more orders and better pay. If you’re placed on a restricted list, it means certain orders are temporarily unavailable to you due to past performance.
Bonuses
Writers who regularly deliver great results are rewarded with performance-based bonuses. These are added on top of your regular earnings.
Penalties and Fines
Fines and penalties are amounts deducted by the Company from the Writer's pending payments. These deductions are applied in the following situations:
Plagiarism
Plagiarism is a serious offense. We use multiple plagiarism checkers including PlagiarismSearch.com. Any paper with over 7% unoriginal content is considered plagiarized. Note that a third instance of plagiarism will lead to the immediate suspension of the Writer's account, with the potential for permanent removal from the panel of writers.
Late Submissions
If an order is submitted past the deadline, 30% of the total payment is deducted. Please note that customers may request a refund if we ask for a deadline extension, so such requests can only be made in exceptional circumstances.
Additionally, if a chargeback occurs due to a writer failing to deliver a paper on time, a fine equal to the full price of the order will be imposed.
Incorrect Formatting
Using the wrong citation style or formatting results in a 10% deduction. Always double-check your formatting before submitting completed papers.
Poor Quality
Specific penalties for writing quality are applied when a paper fails to meet the customer's requirements and/or general academic writing standards.
Withdrawing from Accepted Orders
Once you accept an assignment, you’re responsible for completing it. Canceling it after accepting is disruptive and can result in a fine.
Before accepting a task, be sure you understand the requirements and have access to all necessary materials.
If you have questions about your work or anything related to your writer’s account, we’re always here to help. Reach out via email or live chat.
